Pierre Grill met Emile Simon through a sheer act of fate, 2 years ago and they have been making magical music ever since.  Pierre Grill was born in Southern France and grew up in Marseille.  He studied piano at a very young age and it was clear that this was a brilliant artist to come.  Pierre continued his musical studies including classical and jazz classes at the Marseille Conservatory of Music.  He also graduated as an electrical engineer from Ecole Centrale de Lyon but his true future was clear.  Music was Pierre's love and music became his life.  Touring and performing in Europe then the United States, Pierre fell in love with Hawaii and decided to make it his home.  From here, he has been performing internationally as well as maintaining his recording studio from which all Emile and June Simon's beautiful music was born – Rendez-Vous Recording Inc.  Pierre has many CD's himself but his dream of L'Escargo t was finally fulfilled when he met Emile Simon.  L'Escargot was the dream of Pierre a number of years ago but as he said, “I had no music.”  Then came Emile Simon and a rainbow of beautiful music followed.  Now, Pierre Grill, sound engineer, arranger, pianist and accordion player has made his dream come true. The combination became a magic the world can now enjoy.

L'Escargot includes world class musicians who have performed around the world, in concert and in the best 5 star hotels including the Sheraton group, the Hilton chain and many others.  The artists all make their homes in Hawaii – truly the beautiful island.  Never before has music been presented with such a mixture of themes and instruments – yet it is being loved by everyone!
